Picotin has given a refreshing scenery to a heritage site previously hosting Hogs Bar and Restaurant. Bearing in mind the rustic roots of its birthplace of success, Picotin Katong endorses an invaluable part of Singapore’s history by featuring distinctive colonial architecture. In fact, it inherits the breath-taking sight of one of the estimated 500 remaining Black and White Houses in Singapore.
Our bistro is a place where you will always receive a warm welcome and where the relaxed environment encourages everyone to ‘express’ themselves! It is situated in Joo Chiat, a neighbourhood midway between Changi Airport and the Central Business District (CBD) in the eastern part of Singapore, nearby I12 Katong and Peranakan Museum and as it easily accessible by public transportation.
Picotin Katong is equipped with full service Bar and Kitchen and it has a seating capacity up to 200 including an outdoor and indoor area. Our team is experienced in creating events that impress, from formal to informal. Kids love us too with our special kids’ party menus with pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, fish and chips brownies and drinks.
We are honoured to be the only bistro in the East region of Singapore offering a unique experience of the colonial era with its unrivalled architecture combined with a burst of European savours. Picotin Katong heartens pétanque tournaments, in line with its French origins, as well as other exciting activities such as mini football and snooker.
Diners who are looking for a space to host a romantic dinner, birthday party, corporate retreat, engagement parties or weddings are from this day forward able to discover the memories and flavours of the colonial era at Picotin Katong.
